I feel this is my Best of 2007 because most of my best images include my daughter and this one doesn't require alot of post processing. Over-editing is such a tragedy.

if I were to describe this, it would sound like a standard dpc photo, but this is really striking for some reason. something about the perspective and the dof. and the dappled light.
I would have tried to ensure that my vanishing point is either up to the left or right corner or smack dab at the centre at the top...drifts to the right. I may have also tried to get a little lower behind the subject. Good effort. Good Luck. 5.
Great contrasting color. a few suggestions, lighten up the foreground a hair, and increase your f-stop (increase exposure time) to increase your depth of focus. Also, a lower perspective would have given us the child's view, that may add to the shot.
