Copyrighted-The mighty Saguaro cactus appears as a silhouette in many sunset photos taken in the Sonoran Desert. This was taken in the late 80's using slide film and a 35mm all-manual camera. The location was the west side of Apache Junciton, AZ. I doubt that this scene remains undisturbed, as urban sprawl is consuming the desert. I was camping in the area and could walk 100 yards each evening to record the sunset. Many were busts, but a few were memorable. For this shot, I took a meter reading of the north sky. No manipulation
