Charlene - I love the details and distorted perspective to add to the drama of the image. That is one harsh sky! But you did a nice job controlling it.

Really like the black and white conversion, which again is all the more impressive as it was done in basic. Lovely composition and application of the rule of thirds. Certainly not a cheery picture but one that tells a story that is too often untold and is very cool for doing so

Shadows and highlights adjustment in PS would have helped to bring up some detail from the dark parts of the buildings while reducing the light on the bright parts.
It's a sad story, isn't it? Love the dark tones, pefect for the mood. The contrasts on the buildings are excellent and I love how you can see the wear and tear on the roof of the building in the background.
Fantastic tonal range...really black and white eye candy imho. Perfect exposure and a lovely sky to compliment the shapes and textures down below. Lovely.
The photo depicts the title...I like the way the tower slants to the barn's roof... Great contrast and composition... 9 for the pic...and 9 for reminding us of other's hard times.... D*mn banks...
