I have wanted to go to this site for a while now, this challenge was the perfect excuse for me. The area was a naval defense site protecting American lands from invasion, established about the time of American involvement in World War I in 1917. Now open to the public, this area is littered with abandoned gun turrets, pillboxes, and buildings.

I like it, but my eye goes to the bench automatically. Perhaps that is what you wanted, but I would think that you would want your abandoned building to be your theme not your background.
