Great shot; this has a great whimsical quality and was vastly underrated. The only thing I can think of is... dare i say... too yellow?

If you could avoid the yellow tint on her skin it would look a lot better. Plus the top part of the balloon kind of disappears into the background a bit.

Almost too yellow, I'm wondering if a completely black background would have been more effective to create maximum contrast with the balloon

Interesting photo.. The colour balance seems to be very artificial, which has put a lot of red in with the yellow. I don't find the processing to be as appealing as it could be.
