pretty picture, but for some odd reason I dont think the rainbow adds to the mood. IMHO I think abandoned houses are suppose to be creepy and lonely. But thats just me.

Very nice composition and color, add a bit of luck with the rainbow and you have a great shot. A bit too soft for me I would have tried a little usm to sharpen it up a bit.
