The lighting is very flat and the composition is rather ordinary. I would have tried to compose the scene from a more interesting angle.

nice idea, this would be great with some dramatic lighting, try shooting this with a lamp minus the shade at the end of the bed, it will give you some nice diffused lighting and give your shot more sharpness.

While the concept of "silence" is certainly here. Technically, the image leaves a lot to be desired. Composition is not great. It's underexposed and very noisy.
