nice depth of field shot.. might have been better if we could have seen more of the inside of the flower.. one of the better flower shots in this challenge..
The out of fucus greenery in the background is pretty distracting to me. Maybe if you could isolate the flower or tone down the greenery, it would help this image. Still a nice idea with good composition.
A very pretty flower photo...but why didn't you try to come up with something more appropriate to the theme. Points knocked off for stretching the challenge.
Why not a picture of your camera's memory card? It is as silent as your white flower. and they have one more thing in common - neither fits this challenge.
Nice lighting. Rule of thirds would help the centrally located focal point. Wish I could have seen a bit more inside the flower, but I guess that would take away from the "white" theme. Nice colors and shallow DOF, but I'm not feeling a sense of 'silence" from this pic. Keep it up! :)
