the pose seems a bit contrived. Maybe a tighter crop of just her face and flower would help. her shoulders just seem a bit too tense. also the lighting is a bit harsh. Maybe a darker background and lit from one side or bounced from behind would make it more dramatic/effective.
This is nicely done, however most of the photo appears to have a faint greenish cast to it... if there was any way to fix that that might improve the image. Otherwise this is great!
She has a look of fear in her eyes rather than thanks. To my tastes it would have been better not to have the flower covering her face, and for her to have a big smile.
