I like it too! :)
Any chance you'll be able to post an advanced edited version? just to see what you would've done if you where allowed to. Perhaps with slightly less halo and sharpening artifacts?Message edited by author 2008-01-16 14:51:45.

How was this done. It's bizarre.

The filter you used is weird and it looks really choppy around the chin.

Creepy effects... How did you pull this one off?

I love the high-contrast here, and the extreme sharpening here gives it a very interesting effect. I'm guessing you've probably gotten a ton of comments saying it's too sharpened, but I personally actually think it's neat. ;) A 6 from me.

Argh you've gone crazy on the neatimage - it's far too much for me.

Looks a little over edited but still cool.

I'm assuming this is a massive use of neat image. Part of me really likes it... then I'm not so sure. But I think I'm leaning more to liking it. I think the oddity of the processing goes with his expression. What do I know?

the processing has given this a real cartoon feel, which actually suits the image and the props...not sure that everyone will like it, but I do...9

the face looks pasted...not natural

IMO looks way beyond basic editing. I'd question this one.

I usually don't like sharpening artifacts but the effect you created here worked very well. good job.

Cool. I love the black and white to really draw out the eyes.

To my eye you have processed this so much the person looks computer generated. Not to my taste

I like using the strong glasses. I don't like the textures.

Over processed.. his face looks like plastic. I think it would have been a nice shot had it looked more natural.

This is cute, but way overprocessed IMO. Several runs of noise reduction perhaps?

I love this! The image is overly processed for my taste, I don't like the posterizing on the face... still, high marks!

Great contrast. A little too much filter for my taste, but it looks good here. Please tell me those aren't real specs.

This is a cute idea for a photo - however, the editing seems a bit over the top with noise removal. It is all so smooth it looks like plastic.

Lovely focus on the face but the lighting on the forehead looks sort of strange...
