Like the feel of this a lot. Also a good example of the perfect title. Shapes exemplify the emerging in all 4 different postures. (A little confused by the shape behind fig #2 - another swimmer?)
The colours and horizontal lines give this image a nice musical feeling. The silhouettes add the needed off beat note. Nice idea - it works well for me.
