Overall - I think this is ok, but the first things my eyes are drawn to are the bloodshot eyes and the poof of hair that almost seems to come out of nowhere.

Great tone and set up, the more you look at it the more depth you feel. The mouth thing kinda distracts me, I'm drawn to it but it looks like a painted dust mask.
