After a very frosty night this was one of the many subjects i had for the ICE competition in a rural landscape.
Due to the incipient skill formation regarding the DOF most of the images contain blurry area of the subject (this one included)

Unlike most shots I see, B&W really helps this photo. I would be curious, though, to see it very desaturated so that the leaves were just barely colored...somewhat like the old watercolored bladk and whites. I'm not sure that would make this photo any better (it's already a really nice shot) but I'd be interested in how it worked.
