 Thanks Steve (AKA Pawdrix) for the tour. Cool spot and a great building and view. Cropped, sharpened, levels and contrast. Burned a bit and equalized and faded it.

An ordinary photo of a city. I don't see much going on here. It's nice quality photo, could be little more contrast, and maybe framing would give more interesting look :/

If there were less negative space on the right, I think the building in the foreground would seem more dominant.
