Very nice! I like the contrast between the ice and the water. The color is nice. Maybe you could have left the lense open longer giving the water a very flowing look. That would bring you attention to the ice more wouldn't it?

cropping off some of the left side would remove distracting elements in the moving water. The Ice formations on the Right make a Strong Focal point.
