Very creative interpretation of the theme. I'm not sure about the composition... did you mean to catch her eating with her tongue out or was this just a snapshot. How about a font and center composition highlighting some puffy cheeks with a wind angle, surrounded by the ice pack? That might have emphasized the wisdom teeth and the soreness that goes with it.
