Challenge: Free Study 2007-12 (Advanced Editing V)
Collection: Challenges
Camera: Canon EOS-40D
Lens: Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L IS
Location: Seoul
Date: Dec 30, 2007
Aperture: f/5.6
ISO: 400
Shutter: 1/250
Galleries: Nature, Animals
Date Uploaded: Dec 30, 2007

Most processing done in Adobe Camera Raw CS3. Used gothic glow and desat it a little. Then sharpened in LAB.

This is the first time this animal presented himself to be photographed by me.... 1st time in 3 years!

I know I will be fortunate to get a 5.5, but that is not my purpose. I need to help all those who care enough to raise the awareness that our Earth is struggling.

Very nice shot. It's a bit soft on the yes, but still a nice photo. Good color and exposure ;)

A little too much blurr for a good animal shot. But good job o getting close and nice catchlight in the eyes.

Great capture especially with the bamboo leaves and tongue and nice depth of field.

The green shoots in its mouth are really sharp - it's a pity the rest of the picture isn't ss crisp.
