Its an ideal place to shoot a photo for this challenge, was thinking of it myself. The angel is fine considering the lamps and the window but maybe you should have chosen another angel because of the tables. Also I think it would have given a good effect to use a smaller aperture to blurr out distant things. Think B&W´s are ideal for libraries unless there are some realy interesing colors wich you want to capture. And at last crop out the person in the forground.

this is an interesting shot.. nice height and composition.. looks like the focus could have been better on the subject in the forground.. colors are rich and warm..
