I like the angle, making the head look larger, and the halo around the head - emphasizes things nicely, I think. Also, I really love how the background makes this look *real*, not a studio shot. And of course that expression... it says "I love you, really, but whyyyy ?" and that's just so awesome.

Great facial expression and the use of a deep DOF is very functional here. I am not too fond of the POV though. The high angle makes the head look extra large. Furthermore, there seems to be a halo around the head.
