This photo is divied into 1/2's, it would work better in thirdds. either more sky ( making it important) or less sky ( making the foreground more important). But giving them each the same importance does not seem to work weell.

Nice balance of building and sky/clouds. Gardens at the back of buildings can remain hidden from most people. Thanks for revealing it to us.

Seems like this is lacking contrast. Almost appears tone-mapped with the tones being flattened.

Wow! Thank you for sharing this! Israel. . .Jerusalem. . .it is like a forever dream to get to see it in real life. I love this. It is definitely a part of the city not normally shown.

The colours are a bit unusual in this shot. I find it also a bit grainy.
