 Taken from signal hill in Cape Town.. Yes, I know, it's a little blury. but the wind was blowing so hard that it was catching my lens. So I did the best I could.

Big city, lots of lights and some motion. I would cut the top third off and maybe the bottom little bit that is black. It would make for a long picture, but one full of life

I think I would have liked this more if you croped out a little of the black from the top 7 Bottom.
