This is a really nice picture, too bad it ranked so low, as it really rocks! As mentioned, would have been good in the perspective, especially with the 3-2-1 even closer to the camera.
Good lighting here and good detail on the blocks. More interesting / alive subject would've been nice. More detail in the water, if possible, would've added to this shot too.
lets see numbered blocks, ocean pool, lots of ships in the background.
even though I have never been there I would say somewhere around Newcastle Australia
great exposure, shame that some of the ships are a little to bright
