This is taken in the Boston Commons about 45 minutes after sunset and two days after a huge snow storm. The long exposure here pops the different colors of mixed lighting (christmas lights, tungsten, florescent) and brought back a blue-ish and purplish tint to the sky, which in actuality was already quite dark.

and very pretty they are too. I don;t know if you tried to close the aperture as much as possible, by doing that you get a nice "starlight" effect on the lights. But this is very good, I like it.
Absolutely great light balance. There is too much here, especially with the trees in the foreground. Coming a little close to the bridge and a slightly different angle probably would've helped.
