Nice smoothing of the water and mist, but a little bland on subject matter IMO. Nothing personal, I like what you've done overall, just nothing exciting to rest my eyes on.
Whole composure is a little too blurred. Ocean seems to be one big, blue cloud. Rocks are either out of focus or movement has occurred during exposure. Try a slightly faster shutter speed so you can see movement and texture in the water.
