I like the style this one is showing. I love the lines of her neck... makes the portrait for me. The only minor thing for me is the dark patch over her right eye... a little lighter works for me better.

Very good portrait, the only thing that I don't like is the busy background. IMO plain white or black will be much better. But of course just my humble opinion.
