This is the West Tower of the "Twin Towers," the Sloppy Floyd state buildings. The shadow is the state capitol building's dome and spire. At around 4:30 pm this time of year, the sun is in just the right spot.
Nice capture of a shadow. At first glance I thought this was taken in Indianapolis, IN. I believe there is a Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. near the capitol building there too.
