I love urban photos. This is so interesting. I wish I was a fly on the wall watching you set this up and shoot it. . .or maybe it wasn't set up, and you just stumbled upon this interesting scene. I really like it!
A far shot at the challenge description, and the flare doesn't do much for me. But I really like the concept and the sharpness of the image (even though it seems a tad too sharp), well done. 7
The title is a stretch. The umbrella doesn't seem to be in motion. It appears stationary, which doesn't fit the title. Also, the two purple streaks on the right are distracting.
