Little adjustments in RAW. Cloned a few glitters out. Added a rust colored background, and applied a filter i created to distress it to the entire image. Converted to BW using a channel mixer method and muted colors to created a fairly muted antique color mixture.

You seem to have a vertical grainy effect going on and I'm unsure as to whether or not this was intentional or due to a limited colour palette, high ISO noise or some other resizing artifacts. Whatever the reason, it does rather take the focus off the girl which otherwise is well composed and has lovely sharpness to the eyes.
