for me this photo lacks interest. I like the building but can't figure out what I am suppose to be seeing. I translated your title as two neighbors so maybe you are showing the difference between the dirty side and the clean side of the building? I think its just too subtle.
Well, I know enough French to know this is French, but I don't know what it means. There is no distinct subject for me to fix on, so it kind of leaves me unmoved, sorry.
