I just couldn't help throwing another pic of my cat in there. Doesn't really fit the challenge, I know, but maybe people will enjoy a little humor in what will probably be a lot of serious photos.
This pic is just as it was taken, it was a bright sunny day and she just had such an contiplative look on her face, a good combo.

Nice shot but can't really relate it to the challenge, sorry. There is no conflict in the cat's eyes, just a bit of, "I refuse to look at him one more time." attitude :)
Except by the title this picture don´t reveal any conclict. I thought that a photo theme must be latent. Im my opinion texts as the title are only to confirm the things that observers saw in the picture. A title can´t be the only thing that matches a challenge theme. To me, you don´t meet the challenge.
nice pic, but (for me) does not fit the challenge well - it doesn't say 'conflict' without an explanation. Show the pic to strangers, and say nothing. Ask "What is the first thing that comes to mind?" or even 'What is the conflict in this image?' and let me know if anyone gets it.
