This Whitetail Deer 8 Point Buck was "Unseen" to all except this photographer.
Another hiker this morning walked near this marsh without seeing the activity. He missed seeing the ears twitch and the antlers moving slowly as the buck tried to remain concealed deep within the marsh grasses.
Although the gun deer season in Wisconsin is over, locating a big buck Whitetail Deer in a marsh is always an act a calm patience on the part of the hunter (photographer).
This 8 point buck was browsing in the marsh. By using a blind one can observe the subject for long periods of time.
This buck stayed in this marsh for three hours. Three times he moved out onto a trail allowing a clear shot (with the camera). This challenge calls for something "Unseen". Unless one has a blind and patience this 8 point Buck was unseen.
