He has interesting eyes (made so, in part, by your lighting and in part by PP work). I would like to have seen a little more "expression" in his face.
You might have gone a little too light on the forehead. The cut out isn't bad (I rarely do cut-outs because the hair is usually so difficult to get right). The difficult area here appears to be his collar and a patch of hair above his left ear (right side of image).
B&W treatment is pretty good. Not sure if I like the shirt completely black, but the skin tones are good (the lips could be a little lighter, he looks like he could have lipstick on).
Anyway, those are my thoughts. Hopefully helpful.
