I like his look right into the camera, I think black and white was the right choice.

very nice image, I like the framing and the border is great. I would maybe try a stroke around the image itself though. I think your lighting is a little to far to the left from the subject and I'm not sure what the hand is doing. the background is a minor distraction too.

I like the expression and the exposure looks great. black and white is a good choice.

nice portrait and black and white works well, the hand is slightly puling focus away however
