Great sunset. (or is it a sunrise?)Some wonderfully smooth shades. Maybe too much sky at the top, though. It is distracting from the main subject. I think a closer crop would do it more justice
Nicely done, a 1:2 ratio may serve better, cutting out alot of empty space - the trees and horizon serve as good leading lines for the eye taking it into the sun.
Fantastic sunset, but your foreground is too dark and is thus distracting. Use a shadow/highlight mask in photoshop (Judi's infrared tutorial explains this process very well, along with other post processing tricks). The mask would let us see more detail in the foreground.
