First idea that came to me. So called on a "Poindexter" looking friend. Main hard flash 6' high to right with flash thru white shoot umbrella as fill from left for dramatic lighting. Both fired with Ebay triggers. Rotated and sharpened.

Okay, this is nitpicky, but.... The books behind him "..of knitting patterns" "Needlepoint" just don't say medical. Another nit picky point- and I may be wrong on this- I don't think students get to wear the white coat. I didn't mark you down for either picky point. The lighting is good, you avoided a glare from the glasses, the coat is not blown out.
