This was my second highest score in this challenge. I guess I'm not surprised, just disappointed to see it where it's at. Still a great image for the challenge though!
I've tried to be pretty open minded to what constitutes an example of 'book smarts', but a library doesn't show book smarts any more than a shoe store shows me athletic ability.
Technicals: 0.5/2 - heavy noise, wrong white balance - to much green , slight tilt
Composition: 0.5/2 - centered=boring
Challenge Relation: 0.5/2 - people aren't related to the library
Originality/Creativity: 1/2 - intended motion blur
Overall Impact: 0.5/2
