 So much was done to this...I'll have to come back when I'm awake to explain in detail if anyone is interested :-) Basically, did the Orton effect (an overexposed sharp layer and a blur layer blended), then turned into duotone, then added film strip overlay. Overlay not mine, so this is just a practice run until I can create the same thing with my own overlay :-)
