Wanted to try my hand at some new processing techiques, so ran out this morning to grab some quick shots to play with. I liked the processing on this one the best. Hoping for some comments ... good or bad, interested in how this will play.
Levels, Brightness & Contrast adjustments, then a high pass filter to bring out contrast and sharpness a bit, converted to B+W, then colorized @ about 30% saturation. Added some dust and scratches and noise, resized, slight USM, then Gaussian Blur @ 50%. Goofy border, S4W, and a 5.5 is on its way!

Grain is rather nice with this shot, however I think the tone you chose doesn't do this shot justice, I think a deeper brown would have helped IMO. Nice work.
