Good showing of the surface of the water, but the reflections and the presence of that stalk kind of let the thing down - I think perhaps you've fallen between two stools somehow - it's neither a shot of reflections nor purely of the patterns formed by water. Well exposed though, and with good detail.
There are some great water texture shots in this Challenge and yours is one of them. Love the good texture in the shadows and the super addition of the green branch to add interest.
I like the really smooth texture of the water, and the color patterns in the ripples. Not sure I like the composition though, as I find the detail at the right detracts from the cosmetic appeal of this photo.
