one step to the right and the mic wouldn't cover part of his head, i'd increase saturation a little

"Use a single, artificial light source to dramatically light the subject of your choice." Yet I see two reflections. Seems like DNMC to me. Since I am not sure, I will not vote.

He is placed to much in the centre, cropped out more of the left hand side given he is looking to the right would have balanced it out a bit
