 he is a newspaper guy who sells the papers around the corner of one of cairo, Egypt's oldest areas...
he's been selling news papers since 1944..
although he is shy in this picture he was so happy i was taking his picture..

I'd crop tighter to remove the unnecessary lights in the right hand side background. It's a shame we can't see his eyes.

Nice image, but if there was eye contact with the camera, the image would be much more powerful. Also, bumping up the contrast would help.

good b/w conversion. good job in the exposure, keeping the dark parts still visible.

Rules call for "a single, artificial light source." Looks to be outside in daytime. The sun is a natural light source. DNMC. Nice otherwise.

This appears to be natural light and not artifical light as required by the challenge description.
