I didn't make it all the way through the 520 entries during voting. I wish I had seen this one, because I would have helped you score a bit. I really like it. Usually I'm not fond of blurry water, but in this case it creates a wonderful composition. I love the blues and grays and the little tinge of gold/orange in the water. The image has great motion and light.

as others have said, the close up makes this an interesting waterfall pic, and the colours and tones are just lovely.
