I don't really understand the title, but the picture is cute. I'm not a huge fan of the framing here... I would probably have liked this better more zoomed in.

Those balloony things are starting to dominate every holiday! I would prefer shallower DOF here so the competing elements are muted. Looking at it some more ... the shadow on the balloon could have been a fun thing to play with and emphasize for something different. Just a thought.
