The focus on the eyes seems a bit soft. Nice expression and pose.

Very nice portrait. Only nit is that the bit of pink in the background keeps drawing my eye. I might have tried to desaturate on magenta to see if I could fade it to gray, though I know it would be tricky to achieve that without affecting skin tone, too.

lacks sharpness, and the light is too harsh. would reshoot with better condition as the subject is interesting enough
