I took atbout 30 pictures trying to get the timing right as a group of ducks bathed in a small stream. This isn't my favorite, but it the best 'action' shot.

Thanks for the comments. Makes a lot of sense. This was my first attempt. I had some better photos that I could have used but I wanted something I thought was middle of the road so I could get some good feedback. Thanks! Much appreciated.
The specular highlights on the water are very distrating and take the eye off the main subject. The duck could do with being sharper as well. A shot much lower to the ground would bring a lot more distance into the frame giving the duck good focus against background blur
