First Superman, and now Batman?!? Ok so I have an obsession with Marvel Comics. But this one was really fun. The lady in distress is my younger sister Rachel and well Batman, yeah thats me. I look taller than I really am. I wanted to do a more serious topic for Photojournalism but the goofy side of me came out and turned into this. I know there is a lot that you can shoot out there that makes people think, and understand how bad the world is sometimes, but sometimes....people just need to laugh also damnit. Plus there isn't anything crazy going on in Ohio like there is in San Diego where I was born. Wish I was out there now to shoot. I can't thank my younger sister enough for helping. It was about 40 degrees outside and she wore this dress. At 1/30 shutter I had to tell her to be still and quit shivering. I setup the tripod and set everything and my wife hit the shutter for me. We took a couple different poses but I thought this turned out the best. Hope everyone gets a kick out of it.

haha neat idea but I wish the contrast was higher, it also looks very staged, maybe if you weren't so close and he wasn't angled perfectly at the camera
I so want to still believe in the tooth fairy, thank you for trying! Technically very good, but IMHO just a small tweak in contrast would improve the image. Great models!
Nice staged event. I like that you used B&W for this and didn't overdo the action. it is simple and it works. If I could offer one thing, that would be the use of the staires, you have an awsome location for this shot and I think that you could have had old bats carring her down the staires in a firemans carry. In my opinion it would of had more punch and when you think about the relationship that he has with the media, you as a reporter for the Gothum news paper would hardly catch old bat ears in such a static pose. Just me thiugh and not the end for this shot. I think you should do well with inspite of my take on things. Best of luck.
Hee, I like it!Well composed, although I might prefer batman tio be standing a little forward of the wall and staircase. The B&W tonal range is a little on the dark side - for minimal editing I wonder if it would have been stronger photographed in colour?
That is pretty darn funny. I wish more of her legs and feet were included in the shot. Doesn't minimal editing suck? With contrast and levels adjustments, this could be kickin'.
