Overall I like your image - the lighting, composition, etc. The only thing holding me back from giving you a higher score is the quality. It looks grainy and pixelated in spots.

Nice colors in this, especially the blue of the plexiglass at the top of the stairs in contrast to the reddish tones of the stairs and decking
