Nice colors and perspective. I think the crop may be a little too wide. Maybe it's just too centered.

Looked at this a long time, wondering about the apparent tilt of the horizon; what I found is that I appreciate the gradation of brightness/light leading to the buildings on the left which also emphasizes the slope of the low tide sand. That is to say, once "in" the picture the horizon works as is. Nice work. 8
