Your image is quite dark on my monitor and as a result a lot of the wonderful details are gone for me. The angle is interesting and the composition works but I think I would need to see a lighter vewrsion to fully appreciate your photo.
Oh WOWS - great capture. This is a situation where having the subject lean works.
I would LOVE to have seen what could have been achieved here with a more liberal set of challenge rules - in it's own right it's as grungy as can be - YIPPEE!
Unique subject, a little bit dull looking, doesn't appear to use the full tonal range, however, this almost adds to the "gloomyness" of the subject. Seems a little noisy
At first I felt the image was dark, then I liked the darkness. It set the mood for what looks to be a dirty industrial tower. The yellow railings help the image not feel so dark and adds interest.
