i love the idea of this shot, just wish the composition were a bit cleaner. The piece of the buidling on the left side is too distracting for me.

the foreground and the glass are nicely lit; I like the intersection of the lattice in the foreground and the grid on the ceiling; the symmetry of the flags works took, but the light back there is too white, overpowering; evocative of both the corporate ladder, and the glass ceiling

I love the reflections, but the flags (the focal point of the picture) are completely washed out!
